SHIPPING & HANDLING
Street Addresses Only UPS/FEDEX
You must use a street address for all orders, as they cannot deliver to PO Boxes, or to military APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping Time Requirements on Individual Items
Handling time is 3-5 days, may be longer in peak months Feb-June.

Please note Express orders placed during a national holiday, or during the weekend of a national holiday, will not be processed until the following business day.

HARVEST LANE SHIPPING POLICY:
Harvest Lane Honey intends to ship orders within 7 days, via ground shipping. We do not ship international at this time. During peak season Feb-Jun shipping times may be longer. For faster delivery please select an expedited service. If you have any questions please contact us:
FREE SHIPPING DOES NOT APPLY TO ANY SERVICE BESIDES GROUND RATES.
If you select expediated freight and use a Free Shipping Code your shipping will be shipped ground.
You can return an item within 5 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment. We must receive your returned items at our processing facility within 17 days of delivery (see list of exceptions). We will inspect all returned items will not issue a refund for opened or used products. If the return is a result of our error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges. You must contact customer service 435-840-0495 or email@example.com to receive return authorization. If you do not call us prior we reserve the right not to issue the refund. You must make an effort to protect the items in transit in order to receive the refund or exchange.
Defective Product and Returns Due to Our Error
You may return defective items, items damaged at the time of delivery, and incorrect items received without penalty. Your return shipping charges will be waived. Inaccuracies must be reported within 3 days or forfeiture will occur. When we receive your return, we will inspect the item and provide a replacement or issue a refund. If the product is not been used, or damaged, return shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued.
Products Returned After 5 days we will not refund outside this window.
Products must be purchased DIRECTLY from Harvest Lane Farms website and not through any affiliate to be eligible.
